All buildings with over 1,000m² of floor area serving a "public" function where large numbers of the public visit have to have Display Energy Certificates (additional to the Energy Performance Certificates).

How to use this site

  1. Add to Property Portfolio
  2. Calculate energy usage with Half-Hourly data provided by energy supplier
    • Determine load profile feature derived from Half-Hourly data. Site users can upload half-hourly data as csv file or JSON feed. Half-Hourly data is a common form of interval energy data. It is collected by a half-hourly meter, which, every half-hour, records how much energy was used in the previous half-hour. To find out whether your building has a Half-Hourly meter, you simply need to ask the energy supplier. Alternatively, you can check the electricity bill: Half-Hourly metered accounts have an MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) starting with 00. Sample data at:
